All orders can be returned within 15 days from the date you received your order. The items must be unworn, unwashed, free from scent and in the original packaging.

USA Orders:
USA orders over $150 have free shipping.Ā
Please allow 2 business days forĀ handling. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail.

Orders from Canada:
Orders from Canada over CAD$300 have free shipping. Please kindly allow 7 to 9 business days for handling, this does not shipping time. Shipping time is usually 6 to 10 business days. We use USPS and Canada Post for shipping. This means customs and duties is already included in your order.Ā

Returns Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days, with a $5.00 return shipping label for all USA orders. The fee will be deducted from your refund. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we generally cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please note, that for hygienic purposes, panties and boxer briefs cannot be returned or refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, according to the warranty below. It must also be in the original packaging.
For international orders, buyers are responsible for shipping costs. However, if a wrong or defective garment is received, we will cover the return shipping costs if the local government postal service is used. Refunds cannot be processed if these conditions are not met.Ā

How to return:
To complete your return, please log into your account using the email of your order. This is found on the upper right of the homepage. Then select the order, and the reason for the return and submit the request. Please allow us 1 business day to review it. If approved, you will receive the return slip. If decline, we will contact you right away.
If you have any issues please email embracenature@armsofandes.com. Please write the main reasonĀ of your email on the email subject line as we tend to respond quicker to more urgent emails.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Gift cards are non-refundable. Purchases made with gift cards can be returned and exchanged for store credit.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email atĀ embracenature@armsofandes.com.
When a customer requests an exchange for an international order, they will be responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and taxes on the new shipment. Please note that we are unable to refund any customs duties or taxes paid on the original order.

Shipping
Upon acceptance of the return, a ground shipping label will be sent to you with the return address for the product.
Warranty
Arms of Andes provides a full refund on any defected item. Natural wear and tear, including pilling and abrasion, is not covered by the Warranty. Damage done by user including but not limited to rips and tears are not covered by the Warranty, including any damage done during any washing not according to our posted washing instructions. Damages will be assessed by Arms of Andes to determine if they fall under the Warranty.

Our wool is never Superwashed since alpaca fibers are naturally smooth.
Alpacas roam freely in their natural habitat in the highlands of Peru. Their farmers never harm or kill them for their wool. Alpacas create small footprints that do not damage the fields they graze on. When they eat, they cut the grass, promoting regrowth.

Where Were These Shirts Made?
We use natural local resources and a short transparent supply chain. Our mission is to teach you as much as possible about how clothes should be made. Together we can move the fashion industry towards a sustainable future.
Contrary to industry norms, every step involved in making our clothes is done in only one country: Peru, the home of our family. Our production in Peru includes fiber sourcing, yarn spinning, fabric knitting, dyeing, finishing, and garment sewing.
From Peru, our clothes go straight to California or Europe on its journey to you.
Manufacturing in one country allows us to greatly reduce our carbon footprint and freight shipping. This is a major step on our journey to becoming a carbon negative company.
We avoid industrial farming by working with co-op farmers in the Andes. Doing everything in Peru guarantees we know how the alpacas and the workers involved are being treated.
